Bugs and Issues
Although we take ever effort to ensure
that our games are bug free, there is always a chance that one slipped
through the testing process.
If you believe that you have found a bug
in one of our games and would like to report it, you will find details
on how to do so below.
Should the bug be severe enough to stop
you from enjoying the game, we will attempt to fix the bug in 36
hours from the time you submit it to us.

The most likely cause of a problem with any game is the graphics
card driver. This is the software that allows our games to
interact with your display.
Most computers will not come with the newest drivers available
for you graphics card, and if you have a display problem,
or the game seems to be running slowly, we recommend first
attempting to download new drivers for you particular machine.
If you don't know what type of graphics card your machine
has, you will need to contact the manufacturer of your PC.

If you believe that you have found a bug in any one of our
games, you can submit the bug to us and we will endeavor to
fix it at quickly as possible.
We aim to fix most bugs submitted within 36 hours from the
time you submit it to us and we have replicated itfor ourselves.
When submitting bug reports, please include the following
information:
| 1. The game name and the version number
of the game |
| 2. A detailed description of the bug |

3. Your machine type (Pentium 2 etc.)

| 4. The amount of RAM you have installed
on your system |
|
5. The make of graphics card you have in you machine
|
|
6. The version of the graphics card drivers.
