Downloading Purplenose Games

To be able to play any games from the Purplenose site, you
will need to first go through two processes, the first known
as downloading, the second called installation.
This essentially means transferring the game from our computer
to you own, and subsequently copying the game onto the hard-disk
storage of your computer.
Downloading a Game
| 1. First, browse through the games on the front
page of the site until you find the game that you would
like to play on your own computer. |
| 2. Once you have decided on a game, click on
the Demo button that you will find on the
page dedicated to the game. |
| 3. You will be asked by your computer for a location
to store the game once the download has completed. Where
you decide is not important (maybe the Desktop), but it
is important to remember where you decided! |
| 4. The transferring of the game will happen automatically,
and depending our how fast your connection to the Internet
is, the transfer will take somewhere between 10 to 20
minutes. |
Installing a Game
| 1. After the downloading process has completed,
double click on the new file that was just transferred.
It will be in the location you specified. |
| 2. The installation onto you computer
will be automatically controlled by the Purplenose software,
and new easy to access shortcuts will be added to your
start menu and desktop. |
| 3. Start having fun and play the game! |
